MCIC invites consulting firms and individual consultants with experience in real estate development and nonprofit capacity building to apply for inclusion on our pre-qualified list of technical assistance providers. Only those accepted through this solicitation process will be eligible to support projects funded by the $1.5 million BVRI Support Fund. This is a unique opportunity to partner with MCIC and Maryland DHCD in rebuilding Baltimore’s neighborhoods.
